  I was referred to this clinic by my doctor and had one visit. When I called for another appt I was informed they had to get approval from insurance again, but she made an appt anyway, for 2mos later. When I arrived at the appt they refused to let me see doc because no insurance approval. They assured me they would get it and call me. 16 days later I call them and they tell me it's my primary care doc that has to do the referral. So 2 1/2 months later they finally give me that info. Never going here again. Staff is incompetent.
